We fly in the morning and the late afternoon, year round.  If passangers would like to help out with the balloon inflation, they are welcome to. It really enhances the experience. The flight lasts for an hour, and upon landing and pack up,  the pilot will present a short story on how the sport of ballooning got started followed by a champagne toast (or sparkling cider), and a first flight certificate to make it official.
